The Governors of the Cadmus Federation and Leighswood School are seeking to appoint an ambitious, inspirational leader from April 2025. Applications are warmly welcomed from existing Heads of School, Deputy Headteachers or aspirational Assistant Headteachers.
We are seeking to appoint a leader who is approachable, knowledgeable and supportive and will work with us to ensure every member of our school community thrives.
The successful candidate will join the school’s collegiate leadership team of senior and middle leaders. They will be responsible for the day to day running of the school and delivering school improvement priorities with the support of the Executive Headteacher.
The successful candidate will have a specific focus on Inclusion, Behaviour and Safeguarding and will be the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
