ACR are working with a five-star developer, looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager to be based on a large new build housing development in the Milton Keynes area.
You will report to the Site Manager, assisting with the responsibility for managing all aspects of a construction development site.
Responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the Site Manager in overseeing the construction site.
2. Managing teams effectively.
3. Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and building standards.
Minimum requirements:
1. Experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a high-volume residential house builder.
2. Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety and building regulations.
3. Valid CSCS card.
4. SMSTS / SSSTS certificate.
5. First Aid certification.
