This opportunity will allow a Mechanical Engineer to show case their skill set and knowledge. Work for a business which demonstrates their employee loyalty through training and development courses. The Mechanical Engineer will be carrying out hands on duties where they will be working across a large foot hold contract. They will be required to work on a number of mechanical systems including, AHUs, FCUs, HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves and more. As well as this you will need to demonstrate your understanding of health and safety and knowledge of CAFM systems. Personal Requirements: Experience of working within a Hospital or Healthcare environment is essential Have previous experience working on large commercial contracts. Demonstrate a good and forward-thinking attitude. Have experience carrying out service and maintenance across commercial mechanical and plant equipment. City and Guilds Level 3 in mechanical or heating and ventilation. Desirable Qualifications: Steam/Boiler (AP) and Medical Gas (AP) Job Requirements: Working with in a team and commercial contracts. Carrying out service and maintenance on commercial mechanical systems including, HVAC; Pumps; Motors; Drive Belts; Valves and more. Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance and logging jobs and reports through CAFM systems. Liaising with direct line over risk assessments and health and safety reports.
