Job title: Capability Delivery Project Manager

What you will be doing:
Develop and oversee the Capability Delivery Plan using hybrid Project Management methods, engaging with functional and value stream leads to align product development activities with programme objectives and digital strategy Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, especially product owners, to clearly define scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across teams to break down silos and deliver seamless capabilities throughout the business Work with value stream leads and product owners to define success metrics, monitor progress, and analyze data regularly to ensure milestones are met according to the Capability Delivery project plan Identify and capture delivery risks across all value streams, maintaining a coherent view of these risks to assess and mitigate them at the portfolio level Partner with stakeholders across customer, partner, and business groups to ensure alignment and commitment to product adoption, communicating the benefits of digital solutions and addressing any concerns or resistance Collaborate with the Digital Adoption and Change team to integrate change management strategies and deliver effective user engagement plans Lead and manage your team, creating a productive and supportive work environment Oversee and manage the budget for deploy...
