Key responsibilities:
1. Resident Support – Assist residents from move-in onwards, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.
2. Front-of-House Duties – Manage reception, meet and greet visitors, handle parcels, and respond to queries.
3. Property Management – Organise property inspections, host viewings, and coordinate amenity space bookings.
4. Contractor & Event Coordination – Liaise with contractors to keep operations running smoothly and help organise exciting resident events.
5. Administrative Excellence – Handle front and back-of-house services, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
