We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to lead and further develop a high-performing Aftersales business, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing service excellence and driving success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and inspire a team of over 30 professionals across the Service and Parts departments, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
2. Performance-Driven Approach: Set, manage, and exceed performance targets, ensuring both departmental and individual success in line with business objectives.
3. Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to boost efficiency and profitability.
4. Lead, coach, and mentor your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, motivation, and excellence in customer service.
5. Ensure that all processes and procedures align with the company's high standards and industry best practices.
6. Report directly to the General Manager, taking full P&L responsibility for the Aftersales division and contributing to the overall business strategy.
What We're Looking For
1. A proven track record in Aftersales management, currently working with a successful passenger car dealership.
2. Leadership experience in managing large, diverse teams, with the ability to motivate and achieve exceptional performance.
3. Strong organisational skills, adept at leading by example with excellent time management skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to drive performance, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
