THE COMPANY: This very well established, privately owned and continually growing organisation provides a comprehensive range of hernia support products for use within NHS and community environments. A rare chance currently exists for a credible, empathetic and hard-working individual to join their field-based team and provide vital clinical and after-sales support to their end-user patients within the Bedfordshire, Essex, North London, Hertfordshire, and Suffolk area.
THE ROLE: As Product Support Specialist, the successful candidate will be working closely with a field-based sales colleague and assisting with patient fittings, education, and ongoing support. There will also be some contact with stoma care nurses and consultants. This is an ideal role for either a HCA, OT, ODP from the NHS who is looking to progress into a commercial role, or alternatively a graduate in a medical discipline with some form of commercial/work experience. Candidates must be empathetic and relationship-building in nature and comfortable with the patient-facing element of the role. Full product training will be provided and an interesting and truly rewarding role awaits, as well as a refreshing company culture.
The Package for Product Support Specialist:
* Basic: £30,000
* Bonus: £4,500
* Car Allowance: £7,200

Desired Skills and Experience:
