* Develop and manage your own new business pipeline, working toward achieving sales targets.

* Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
* Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to increase visibility and drive awareness.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Consulting within the workplace wellbeing, employee benefits, or HR sectors.
* Proven track record in securing new business and achieving sales targets with B2B clients.
* Strong consultative approach to sales, able to co-design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to decision-makers and negotiate effectively.
* Ability to manage a full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
* A good understanding of workplace wellbeing trends, employee benefits, or HR markets is a plus.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
THE PROCESS:
