Your mission
The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategic financial planning for the Intigriti Group present in Belgium, the UK and Singapore. This role involves managing daily compliance, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and risk management. The Head of Finance ensures efficient cash flow management, optimizes cost structures, and supports executive decision-making with financial insights. Additionally, the Head of Finance assists the CFO in leading the finance team, implements financial controls, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements.
This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This will be a circa 1 year contract.
What you’ll be doing
* Team player: Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the finance department.
* Financial Oversight & Reporting: Manage financial reporting across all entities (Belgium, UK and Singapore), while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with local regulations. Review and validate transactions to maintain financial integrity.
* Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow models. Provide insights on financial performance to support data-driven decision-making.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee tax filings, audits and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Implement internal controls to minimize financial risk and improve operational efficiency.
* Strategic Finance & Growth: Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial models, investor reports, and due diligence materials. Collaborate on capital allocation and long-term financial planning to drive sustainable growth.
* Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO to shape financial strategy and optimize operations. As the company scales, build a high-performing finance team to support the expansion strategy.
What you’ll bring
* 7+ years of progressive experience in finance roles.
* CIMA / ACCA / Qualified Accountant.
* Expertise in month-end closing processes, consolidation and management reporting.
* Scale-up / start-up experience in fast-paced environments.
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience of SaaS metrics - ARR, CAC, Retention, Churn etc.
* Extensive Excel knowledge.
* Convincing personality and ability to work both independently and as a team player.
