An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist to work at Olympic Lodge providing assessment, acute rehabilitation and timely discharge for patients transferred from the acute hospitals.
This is a multi-skilled post requiring experience in acute medical or orthopaedic discharge planning, neurology, amputees, falls, and other pathologies.
You will be supported by acute therapists and work jointly with the patients, physiotherapists, nurses, and community teams both on the unit and sometimes the client’s home to enable the clients to be discharged.
This post is part of a very friendly, supportive, and dynamic Therapy department with integrated individual supervision, appraisal, CPD, and in-service training.
