Cincinnati Marriott North is actively seeking dynamic candidates to fill our full-time Front Desk Associate positions. Candidates MUST HAVE open availability (days, evenings, weekends and holidays).
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities of the Front Desk Agent position include:
1. Providing exceptional service to guests at all times.
2. Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all guest services related functions.
3. Greeting and registering guests, providing room assignments, and accommodating special requests.
4. Having thorough knowledge of reservation system and procedures.
5. Resolving guest challenges and taking appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction.
6. Processing guest payments and following proper cash handling procedures.
7. Must be able to stand for 8 consecutive hours.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Previous hotel experience preferred.
2. Previous customer service experience required.
