About the Role: Full-time teaching role role, working predominantly in Key Stage 2 Supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs and challenging behaviour. Leading the class teacher to help move learning forward and create a positive learning environment. Working in an all-age alternative provision, requiring flexibility and adaptability.What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Primary Teacher with alternative provisions knowledge/experience is essential. Must hold QTS Recent UK-based experience and confidence in handling SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. Someone who is reliable, resilient, and confident in supporting vulnerable children.
