About the Role: Are you an experienced and dedicated Clinical Trial Manager? Able to oversee and manage all aspects of clinical trials in the pet sector. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the clinical studies run efficiently, stay on track, and deliver high-quality results. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of clinical trial processes, and a passion for animal welfare. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the execution of clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, timelines, and budget. Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and veterinary professionals to ensure smooth operations of trials. Develop and implement clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, and other necessary documentation. Monitor progress of ongoing trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols, timelines, and data integrity. Manage the recruitment of sites, ensure proper site selection, and oversee site performance. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and other applicable regulations. Oversee the management of trial data, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical trial management, preferably in the veterinary or pet healthcare sector. Knowledge of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple trials simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for pet health and animal welfare. Experience working with veterinary professionals and clinical sites is highly desirable.
