Lucia Magnani Skincare, part of GVM Long Life Formula UK, is a prestigious skincare company renowned for our luxurious and scientifically advanced products. We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our presence across the UK.
Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive for Lucia Magnani Skincare/Long Life Formula (R), you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our premium skincare and spa products to boutiques, spas, pharmacies, beauty shops, and department stores. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a strong network in the beauty and skincare industry.
We are also open to sales agents/companies who have similar brands in their portfolio and have the right connections to help expand Lucia Magnani Skincare's network in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Representation: Present and sell our products to prospective clients including salons, spas, pharmacies, beauty shops, and department stores.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers within the industry.
3. Client Outreach: Contact potential customers by telephone and email to introduce and persuade them to purchase our products and services.
4. Travel: Travel across the UK to meet with clients as required. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
5. Product Training: Conduct product training sessions for in-store staff to ensure they are well-versed in the benefits and features of our products.
6. Reporting: Send monthly sales reports and meeting updates to the company CEO.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales within the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
* A substantial network of contacts with buyers in the sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
* Passionate about skincare and beauty products.
* Willingness to travel as necessary.
Compensation:
Fixed salary plus attractive commission structure.
