Due to exponential client growth we are looking to hire a Senior Consulting into the team, with a specific focus on co-ordinating and leading on assessment and development centres for client based across Europe.
We are seeking well qualified candidates with experience designing, running and account managing processes for assessment of mid-senior level professionals.
You will have an inquisitive mindset, be flexible and agile in your approach to creating new solutions and be comfortable managing relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
The role will be a hybrid role between our offices in Central London (Holborn), remotely and some travel (1-2 times per month for 1-2 days at a time) to client sites in both UK and Mainland Europe.
