I have a large client in Corby who are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join their busy Customer Interaction Department. This position will be on an ongoing basis with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. The Training will be for approx. 7 weeks and the hours will be 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday. After training you will then go on to your shift rota where your hours will be Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm (7.50 hours per day) Some of the shifts you will be required to work the occasional evenings up until 10:30pm/ 1 in 5 Saturdays and 1 in 6 Sundays and 2 x Bank Holidays per year Your main duties to include: Handling customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls. Identifying and ordering spare parts/ accessories. Cross selling where applicable You will have the below skills/experience: Possess strong communication skills - both verbally and written Be confident, and able to use own initiative Have a good attention to detail Be highly customer focused Be computer literate Be flexible Have a positive attitude Hybrid working potentially may be available after 12 weeks dependant on business needs.
