I have a large client in Corby who are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join their busy Customer Interaction Department.
This position will be on an ongoing basis with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
The Training will be for approx. 7 weeks and the hours will be 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday. After training you will then go on to your shift rota where your hours will be Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm (7.50 hours per day).
Some of the shifts you will be required to work include occasional evenings up until 10:30pm, 1 in 5 Saturdays, 1 in 6 Sundays, and 2 x Bank Holidays per year.
Your main duties include:
1. Handling customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls.
2. Identifying and ordering spare parts/accessories.
3. Cross selling where applicable.
You will have the below skills/experience:
1. Possess strong communication skills - both verbally and written.
2. Be confident, and able to use own initiative.
3. Have a good attention to detail.
4. Be highly customer focused.
5. Be computer literate.
6. Be flexible.
7. Have a positive attitude.
Hybrid working may be available after 12 weeks depending on business needs.
