Position: Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD Qualified & Newly Qualified)

Salary: up to £22.50 per hour / £51,480 per year (based on 44 hours)
Shifts: 12 Hour Shifts: Days or Nights or a Mixture available, Subject to availability
Care Categories: Elderly/ Dementia/ Physical Disability/ Palliative care.
Minimum Requirements: MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS A REGISTERED NURSE

As a Registered Nurse, you will be:
1. Experienced in Elderly care.
2. A Registered Nurse with a Valid PIN.
3. Knowledgeable in the care of older people to undertake coaching and supervision of Senior Care and Care Assistants.
4. Professional in manner and appearance.
5. Able to coordinate and motivate a team.
6. Capable of prioritising and handling emergency situations effectively.
You will need the following skills and qualities:
1. An experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering patient-centred care.
2. Previous experience in a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
3. A commitment to adhering to NMC guidelines and code of conduct.
4. A willingness to coach, guide and support your team daily.
