Bid Coordinator

We are seeking a driven Bid Coordinator to join our client's successful and busy bid department, based in Central London.
Working closely with the Bid Manager and the team, the position will be key to providing a professional and efficient service by supporting the end-to-end process of Bids and Tenders, coordinating activities by liaising with other key stakeholders within the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate the quality element of bids, working in partnership with the Bid Manager.
2. Liaise with the Estimator, coordinating enquiries as necessary.
3. Record information for internal and external reporting, ensuring deadlines are met.
4. Support Bid Manager/s on all open opportunities: following up on portals, updating records, and reporting accordingly.
5. Own, monitor, and action team inbox.
6. Follow up and ensure actions are completed.
7. Coordinate input and activity from a variety of stakeholders; typically, from sales, solutioning, product teams, and commercials with a high level of accuracy.
Skills Required:
1. Experience as a Bid Coordinator or in similar roles in the last 2-3 years.
2. Proficiency in InDesign.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits:
1. 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
2. 4.00pm finish on Friday.
