Job: Care Manager
Rates of Pay: £30,000- £31,000
Location Staverton
About the role
You will manage the daily operations of a busy domiciliary care service for older adults. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the branch is compliant at all times, by working closely with the Registered Manager, to develop high-quality, person-centred care services.
Additionally, you will provide inspirational leadership to the Care Coordinator and the Field Care Supervisor.
What you will be doing
You will check the Care Planner Rota and ensure all information is entered correctly.
To ensure that schedules are distributed promptly to staff and service users by office policy.
To ensure that all staff receive the appropriate training and equipment to undertake their role effectively and professionally.
You will maintain relationships with commissioners and stakeholders.
You will help support service development.
To carry out supervision and reviews if needed.
You will ensure that all services meet and exceed all regulatory standards.
complaints compliments, and medication errors alongside the Registered Manager.
What we need from you
Have a driving license and access to a vehicle
Have a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or if you are currently working towards it.
Management/supervisory experience within a Domiciliary/Homecare setting
Experience in Quality Assurance and Service Improvement
Knowledge of CQC regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
