A new opportunity has arisen for a Junior Relocation Coordinator to join our client, a specialist Removals Company based in Surrey.
The role of the Junior Relocation Coordinator is to provide administrative assistance with Corporate Relocation Services and coordinating moves.
You will be supporting the Branch and Agent network, assisting with the smooth running of operations, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and all details are sent to the brand and agent network.
Main purpose of Junior Relocation Coordinator:
1. Ensure the database and all relevant paperwork is kept up to date on a day-to-day basis.
2. Resolve any insurance claims.
3. Ensure the smooth running of confirmed movements between the Account, the department, branches, agents and the transferee.
4. Produce procedure sheets for all branches and keeping them up to date.
5. Invoicing - produce and ensure the approval of invoices.
6. Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Manager.
7. Some knowledge of both Removals and Relocation – advantage.
8. A basic knowledge of the international relocation process.
9. Must be able to speak and write English.
10. Good computer skills – strong knowledge on Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel etc)
11. Highly organised.
12. Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
