Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Groups, Meetings, and Events Coordinator at Novotel Leeds. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of events, meetings, and group bookings, ensuring all aspects of the event are planned and executed flawlessly. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination: Oversee the planning of meetings, conferences and special events held at the hotel, ensuring they are organised and delivered to the highest standard
Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and providing excellent customer service before, during, and after events.
Event Setup and Logistics: Coordinate event logistics, including room layouts, audio-visual equipment, catering, and other special requirements.
