Job Summary
* Supporting in the implementation of new I.T software products, ensuring smooth roll-out and alignment with business goals.
* Ensure that the product is thoroughly tested end to end and fit for purpose.
* Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization with new I.T software products.
* Oversee the introduction and integration of new applications, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and enhance overall productivity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
* Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to product launches and system integrations.
* Monitor performance metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements.
* Create and maintain documentation for product rollouts, process improvements, and application use.

Qualifications and Competencies

* Strong understanding of application testing, Website, apps or other software.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Jira, Smartsheet.
