Sales & Marketing Manager (Property Development)
MCS Group is currently working alongside a leading residential property developer to recruit a Sales & Marketing Manager on a 12-15 Month FTC.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, management, advice, and guidance to the Board and ensure the effective delivery of all aspects of Sales & Marketing.
Within this role, you will be supported by a Sales & Marketing Executive, Marketing Consultants, and a Site Concierge.
Core Responsibilities:
* Lead, Manage, Accountability – Provide effective leadership and collectively contribute to the corporate management and provide a clear direction to inspire commitment to the vision.
* Strategy & Relationships – As part of the SLT, help to lead on the formulation of the Group’s overall vision, strategy, and goals, and identify potential growth opportunities.
* Key Operational Accountabilities – Drive revenue growth. Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to generate strong leads across all sites.
* Customer Satisfaction & Pipeline Management – Effectively convert leads to final completion and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
* Market Research & Analysis – Research and identify, where appropriate, implement new innovations in marketing and complete consumer research analysis to understand their needs.
* Brand Management & Promotion – Define and implement the brand proposition. Ensure consistent implementation of the brand across all media and functions.
* Financial & Business Reporting – Ensure the Board receives sufficient, timely, and well-presented management information reports to inform decision-making.
* Experience within the commercial or residential property sectors.
* 2+ years of people management experience and experience managing external consultants.
* Proven experience in the creation and delivery of marketing plans.
