We are seeking someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to provide exceptional support across multiple areas. Process and manage incoming customer enquiries, ensuring efficient handling of new and existing orders. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints. Accurately update and maintain customer pricing information and records. Create, update, and maintain detailed spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and assisting with office organisation as needed. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a customer-first approach. A good telephone manner and experience with call handling – There will be no cold calling. Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel; additional software knowledge is a plus.
