Looking for an outgoing, delightful receptionist to work for a well-regarded family office based near Victoria. You need to be confident working on your own and must have the skills to navigate a busy reception but the autonomy to work by yourself during quieter times.
The client needs someone with a high level of professional maturity and an ability to hit the ground running from day one.
The role will include:
1. Meeting and greeting
2. Organising a busy diary
3. Setting up VCs
4. Offering teas and coffees
5. Tidying up and re-setting rooms
6. Answering the phone and taking messages
7. You must have an excellent telephone manner and be willing to go the extra mile.
