You will be the professional lead for Hillingdon Children's nursing services working with the Nursing directorate to ensure professional leadership, practice and expertise across teams. You will be an integral member of the Hillingdon Children's Services leadership Team working alongside colleagues in therapy services and Community Paediatrics to improve the services in Hillingdon. The post holder will be required to manage the delivery of specified clinical services within the children's services division and for implementing and managing systems and processes to ensure that these services are delivered in accordance with Trust-wide policies and national/local targets/guidance. As the professional nursing lead for children's services, the post holder will be expected to work closely with the Head of Children's Services and Service Director in providing clear nursing professional leadership, practice and expertise across children's services ensuring that practice is aligned to professional codes of practice across the specialties.
