Position: Locum Therapy Assistant Banding : Band 4 Location : Croydon Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: (3-month contract) Rate : £13.00 - £17.00 per hour Job Description: Croydon University Hospital is seeking a Band 4 Locum Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role is essential for supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and assisting therapists in various therapeutic activities. What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapist role? As a Band 6 Locum MSK Physiotherapist You will assist in the implementation of therapy interventions under the supervision of qualified therapists, ensuring that patient care plans are followed effectively. You will support patients with activities of daily living, promoting their independence and well-being. You will help monitor patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the therapy team. You will assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for therapy sessions, ensuring that equipment is prepared and organized. You will contribute to the documentation of patient care activities and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications and Experiences: Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a therapy or rehabilitation environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment Why work with Pulse?
