Role: Managed Mobile Support Engineer
Salary: £35,000-£43,000 per annum + benefits
Location: Solihull or Hampshire
Working pattern: Hybrid working (3 days per week on-site)
We are working with a global scale leading player in the market, who require a Support Engineer in the Managed Mobile space to join he organisation during a period of organic growth. You will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for the client's IT infrastructure products and will be working with cutting-edge Mobile and Tablet technologies in a dynamic IT environment. You will specialise in supporting mobile and tablet devices, with a strong focus on leveraging the Microsoft Intune platform for mobile device management (MDM), the ideal candidate will have experience in managing platforms via Intune.
Skills and experience required:
Experience working Microsoft Intune.
Experience of working with MDM devices (Phones, Laptops, Tablets)
Familiarity with Google Admin for ChromeOS management.
Experience with scripting or automation to enhance device deployment and support processes.
Knowledge of security best practices for mobile and tablet device management.
