Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive Salary: Starting at GBP30,000 per annum, with regular salary progression based on your professional development.

Flexible Working Hours:
* Full:time: 36.75 hours per week (Mon, Wed, Thurs 08:45 am : 04:45 pm, Tues 08:45 am : 05:30 pm, Fri 08:45 am : 04:30 pm).
* Part:time options available (must include Tuesday).
* Generous Holiday: Enjoy 56 days school holiday plus Bank Holidays (effective from 01/09/2024).

Training and Qualifications:

What Were Looking For:
* Experience: Background in teaching or experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities or special educational needs.
* Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) along with a minimum Grade C/4 GCSE in English Language and Maths or equivalent.
* Compassion and Patience: A genuine desire to help children overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
* Resilience: Ability to remain calm and effective in high:pressure situations.
