The Spa at The Store
Cocooned in walnut panelled walls, our luxurious spa is located on the lower ground floor, and offers three treatment rooms, a steam room, sauna, thermal relaxation area and gym; alongside treatments from world-renowned British brand, Oskia.
Our Spa Therapist will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests
experience seamless and enjoyable treatments– we want to create memories.
Here’s what the role is all about:
Our Spa Therapists will perform high quality treatments and will be responsible for maximising
revenue generation through upselling of treatments, services and retail within
the Spa department and cross selling to other business centres throughout the
Hotel.
Naturally confident and highly
driven, the successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a
customer facing role.
The Spa Therapist
will welcome all guests to the Spa and consistently offer a professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests.
Providing
and maintaining the highest standard of personal appearance and hygiene whilst
portraying a happy and helpful disposition.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the success
of the hotel's operation, enhancing the guest experience, and maintaining
consistently high standards. Ideally you will two years’ experience as a Spa Therapist in similar
spa environment. Beauty/Massage qualification and hold a Level 3 diploma in
beauty, body and massage treatments or possess similar qualifications /Diploma.
Full systems training will be
provided.
The
role is part time based on a minimum of 20 hours per week covering some weekends and will be on a rota
basis.
