The Orme Academy has an exciting opportunity for an Attendance and Pastoral Support Officer to join the team!
This role will involve offering support to the school in relation to the attendance and pastoral welfare of pupils, in order that attendance can be improved across the school. This may include liaising with families, carrying out home visits with another member of staff, organising and delivering drop-in sessions for parents and carers, and building a relationship with students and parents to ensure that attendance is optimised.
Working hours: Term time only plus 5 days (INSET), 20 hours per week.

This position is subject to appropriate vetting procedures including online checks and a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) which will require you to disclose details of all unspent and unfiltered spent reprimands, formal warnings, cautions, and convictions.
