The individual will need to be enthusiastic, confidential and have a sympathetic personality due to the nature of the work.
1. Manage and actively collect in a timely manner trade debtors across the business
2. Liaise with individuals as required to facilitate cash collection
3. Review Top 50 accounts weekly
4. Respond to queries (letters or phone calls) within a timely manner
5. Forecast monies for the month
6. Achieve targeted cash collections
7. Raise Final Accounts as and when required
8. Assist other team members as and when required
9. Other tasks as directed by the Credit Manager.
The skills you’ll need:
* Strong attention to detail is crucial
* Good Excel skills
* Good communicator
* Self-motivated
* Likely to have some reconciliation expertise
