Are you wanting to join a dynamic team that supports the communities of Staffordshire? The Warmer Homes Programme began in May 2019 and has drawn in a wide range of cross-agency partners to effectively tackle a vast range of social determinants of health in a uniquely beneficial delivery infrastructure. With the use of data analytics from the outset, working in conjunction with commercial partners and the NHS to develop bespoke targeting and ongoing research opportunities, tackling fuel poverty, climate change, and cold-related illness, the team has been able to reach the most vulnerable residents within Staffordshire and make installs to homes to prevent further ill health. You'll be responsible for supporting colleagues in the Warmer Homes team to deliver the programme, including:
1. Partnership development with private companies, voluntary sector partners, and district and borough councils.
2. Liaising with national funders, delivery partners, and internal audit to ensure we meet agreed targets and funding requirements.
3. Work and prepare data for batch submissions.
4. Prepare invoices and provide budget updates to Commissioning Managers to support decision making.
This role focuses on supporting the above - you will be able to work across the team, supporting different elements of the programme, allowing a varied and dynamic space to work and support the team. You will also be supporting the completion of the team's performance reports, finances, and engaging with some of our key stakeholders. It is the ideal role for someone who wants to work within commissioning and understand programme and project management principles.
Minimum requirements:
1. Been educated to Diploma Level 3 or experience in a similar role.
2. A positive and driven work ethic and be a self-starter who can work with a good degree of independence.
3. A keen eye for detail.
4. Ability to find creative solutions to varied problems/issues.
5. Ability to demonstrate you're capable of working with data.
6. Experience working within a support/operational role.
7. Experience dealing with and processing invoices.
