Job Description:
To support the Finance Manager, ensure efficient processing and administration of pensions and payroll transactions covering the entire employment lifecycle, from onboarding to termination, in accordance with tax, HMRC, and pensions legislative frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing and administering pensions and payroll transactions
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative frameworks
* Providing support to the Finance Manager
Requirements:
* Experience in pensions and payroll administration
* Knowledge of tax, HMRC, and pensions legislative frameworks
* Strong communication and organizational skills
