1. An experienced Recruitment Administrator is ideal, but we can look at people who are driven, determined and excited by the challenge it may bring
2. Those with Retail/ Customer service experience or recent Graduates with good administration and an excellent telephone manor.
3. Confident with undertaking Candidate Generation
4. Good research skills and the desire to be an expert in your field
5. Desire to develop relationships and ability to create rapport with people at all levels, face to face and on the phone
