Our client, is seeking a Project Manager - Technical to join their team on a contract basis. This dynamic role involves managing key projects particularly focusing on estate management and facilities management. Reporting to the Head of Estates and Facilities, you will be integral in providing technical advice on property and construction across various capital and facilities projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProviding expert technical advice on property and construction projects\nManaging allocated capital and facilities projects across the entire school estate\nEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget\nLiaising with a broad range of stakeholders including town planners, architects, and contractors\nMaintaining thorough documentation and reporting for project progress and outcomes\nImplementing best practices in estate and facilities management\nOverseeing compliance with relevant regulations and standards\nCollaborating with the Head of Estates and Facilities to align project objectives with organisational goals\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nExperience in estate management and facilities management\nStrong understanding of town planning and technical aspects of construction\nProven track record in project management within similar sectors\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance\nRelevant qualifications in project management, estate management, or a related field\nIf you are a highly skilled Project Manager with a passion for estate and facilities management, we would love to hear from you.
