This role offers a unique blend of strategic and operational responsibilities, making it an exciting prospect for HR professionals looking to make a significant impact The role; As the People and Culture Manager, you will support the HR Director, in positioning the HR function as a strategic partner within the organisation. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, utilising the ATS system, and enhancing HR capabilities to support the company's growth and scaling efforts. Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. 50% of this role is recruitment Develop and implement HR processes and systems, with a focus on planning and efficiency. Partner with the research and data team to support workforce planning and development. Manage training and development initiatives, including the use of LinkedIn Learning. Launch and run workshops on the new staff handbook. Collaborate with the leadership team to drive strategic HR projects and initiatives. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment and strategic HR initiatives. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to critique and refine content. Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Personio, and a knack for process improvement. Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
