Responsible for data collection and analysis to inform Engineering Operations processes and support engineering business decisions. Good understanding of the Eng Ops processes including: CapEx, RDEC, project audit data, RS&D, milestones, TGs, headcount and capacity mo etc. Broadening knowledge of own technical expertise to execute against department priorities. Provide support to all activities related to digital transformation to run an effective operating rhythm with reports and dashboard preparation. Support initiatives to automate and digitize processes, identify opportunities of simplification and optimization, track and document business data sources. Track and administer digital transformation projects and other improvement activities run across the campus Manage digital reporting tools and dashboard; support implementation of digital tools Basic understanding of key business drivers to inform process and collaborative tool improvements. Understanding of how the engineering function and work of Eng Ops team integrates with and contributes to Engineering and overall function of the business. Ability to use initiative and resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Very good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong internal stakeholder relationships and ability to explain Eng Ops processes and data analysis outputs to others.
