Legal Engineer (Enterprise Implementation Manager)

Backed by leading investors, Wordsmith is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an experienced Legal Engineer (Enterprise Implementation Manager) to help drive the adoption and successful implementation of our cutting-edge solutions within mid-sized to large enterprises. This role is at the heart of our client success strategy, ensuring that our technology is seamlessly integrated into clients’ legal workflows, driving value from day one.
What You’ll Do
1. Client Onboarding and Implementation: Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration of Wordsmith’s tools into their workflows.
2. Solution Design: Work closely with legal teams to understand their needs, configure Wordsmith’s solutions, and tailor them to specific use cases.
3. Training and Enablement: Lead training sessions for in-house legal teams, empowering them to maximize the value of Wordsmith’s tools.
4. Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between clients and Wordsmith’s product and engineering teams, ensuring feedback is captured and incorporated into product development.
5. Project Management: Oversee multiple client implementations simultaneously, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience in Legal Operations or Legal Tech: Deep understanding of legal workflows, pain points, and opportunities for optimization.
2. Technical Aptitude: Comfort with legal technology platforms and an ability to quickly learn and configure enterprise software.
3. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, value-driven solutions for legal teams.
4. Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
5. Client-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring measurable success for clients.

Role Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within legal tech, SaaS, or enterprise software implementation.
2. A strong understanding of the legal industry, legal workflows, and in-house counsel challenges, with a focus on process optimization and technology adoption.
3. Proven track record of managing successful enterprise implementations or driving measurable client outcomes.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for legal professionals.
5. Experience working with General Counsel and legal teams, including tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs, is a significant plus.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
7. Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail, stakeholder management, and timely delivery.
8. A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional service.
9. Familiarity with project management tools, CRM systems, and legal tech platforms.
