Job Summary:
Your role will require strategic financial management to optimise the company’s financial performance and strategic position. You will prepare comprehensive financial accounts for the benefit of the companies’ stakeholders. Your role will require exceptional ability to multitask, coordinate, plan and organise your daily tasks independently.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* To participate within the Leadership Team in the forward planning and effective operations of the organisation’s activities including, but not limited to: business planning, policy setting, financial forecasting and strategic decision making
* To ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management accounts in preparation for submission to our external accountants at year end
* Effective management and control of cash flow and company budgets
* Process purchase invoices and conduct weekly supplier payment runs
* To lead and manage the Finance Assistant including training and on-going performance reviews to ensure key objectives are met
* To support the Finance Assistant during annual leave, to include raising invoices and credit control
* To provide a high customer service ethic when dealing with employees, customers and supplier enquiries and use own initiative to problem solve...
