The role
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Fundamentally this role is going to provide significant internal resource that has a level of experience to compliment technical acquirements normally outsourced.
Day-to-day, you'll be acting as client liaison and delivery manager for property projects ranging in size between £50k and £10 million, both new build and refurbishment.
* Engage with Sub-contractors on the correct commercial terms and carry out tender analysis
* Review preconstruction information and implement a construction phase plan
* Deliver and manage all phases of both new build and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are delivered in a timely and effective manner
* Creation & management of project documentation
* Co-ordinate with, supervise and advise less experienced staff
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday and provides hybrid working arrangements with one or two days onsite and the rest working from home.
Essential experience of the Senior Project Manager
* CDM regulations and must have acted as Client interface with construction teams
* Planning applications and building regulations
* RIBA Plan of Work
* JCT contracts and JSP standard
* APM project management processes
Qualifications for the Senior Project Manager
* MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB
* NEBOSH Health and Safety Certificate

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) / Developed Vetting (DV)
