The Role:
As a Commercial Manager, you will deliver strategic transformation initiatives across both business units which are Managed Service Provider and Consultancy, optimising business processes, managing change, and engaging stakeholders. Responsibilities include strategic planning, process optimisation, business analysis, change management, and leveraging business intelligence tools. The role involves collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and offers opportunities for professional and organisational growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead client contract negotiations, ensuring Logiq always agree fair and balanced terms;
* Undertake reviews of framework agreements, consolidating commercial obligations across client agreements;
* Actively participate in senior-level management meetings, providing valuable input and contributions;
* Manage NDAs, MOUs and all other types of agreements as the business requires;
* Have an in-depth knowledge of commercial risk, proposing mitigations and providing overarching management;
* Effective contract negotiation with an emphasis on understanding how a Managed Service Provider operates;
* Be confident in the drafting and agreement of subcontracts along with prime contract flow down terms to sub-contractors;
* Supply chain management activities with regards to Logiq’s increasing list of active sub-contractors;
* Review and maintain strategies to mitigate commercial risks in contracts;
* Offer guidance to senior stakeholders on contractual negotiation strategies;
* Provide oversight into purchasing activities, with input into competitive tendering requirements;
* Engage with client commercial teams through project delivery;
* Work closely with finance & other business leads to establish clear commercial processes and procedures, facilitating the rapid growth of the company;
* Provide commercial support to bid and proposal teams, developing the commercial element of tender responses;
* Deliver monthly reporting to support Project Delivery, Client engagement and Board reporting activities, to include attending bid and project governance meetings;
* Confidently challenge unacceptable risks associated with contracts, representing these concerns at a senior leadership level across both business units;
* Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes and practices, actively promoting the sharing of best practices within the organisation;

What We’re Looking for:
You will be a confident commercial professional with a minimum of 5 years demonstrable track record in commercial management including;
* Significant experience of working with a growing SME environment;
* Possess a thorough understanding of contract law and its application;
* The ability to deal with complex commercial issues, analyse, interpret and draft contractual wording with strong attention to detail;
