The Role
They are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Rowing Coach & Assistant Equipment Manager to join their talented team in February 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead engaging rowing sessions tailored to various skill levels, from beginner to national racing standards.
* Collaborate with the Heads of Rowing to design a robust coaching strategy.
* Organise and manage student training programs, camps, and regattas.
* Maintain detailed records of student progress and contribute to academic reporting.
* Oversee the preparation and maintenance of rowing equipment, supporting the Equipment Manager.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, safeguarding all participants.
