Main duties of the job The neonatal unit in Winchester is designated as a local neonatal unit, we have 18 cots, 2 intensive care, 2 high dependency, 8 special care, and 6 transitional care. Part of your role would be taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of the unit, discharge planning and supporting the nursery nurses on our transitional care unit.
