General Ledger Accountant - Windsor Location: Windsor Length: 8 Months Rate: Market We're seeking a General Ledger Accountant to join our Group Finance team in Windsor. This role is key to ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our accounting processes. What You'll Be Doing Managing and processing a variety of general ledger transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations. Taking ownership of balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Supporting period-end close activities, working to strict deadlines. Maintaining key financial controls and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial integrity and provide insights. What We're Looking For Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA). Strong understanding of general accounting principles, VAT, and reporting standards. Hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, balance sheet management, and period-end close. Experience with key financial controls and process optimisation.
