Here’s the facts about the role:
You’ll start out with an Information Communications Technician apprenticeship (Level 3) to gain practical skills and real-world experience in an IT Service Desk. You’ll have access to training, mentorship, and a variety of development opportunities.
On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you’ll gain an industry recognised professional qualification in Information Communications.
You’ll learn within a supportive environment that values collaboration, innovation, and personal growth. Receiving structured training and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.

To apply for our housing apprenticeships, you must:
* Be aged 18 or over
* Have at least 5 GCSEs at grades 9-4/A*-C, including Maths and English
* Be eligible to work in the UK
* Have a keen interest in IT and Technology
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Be enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
