Reporting to to the Range Change Project Manager, you will work within the Range, Space and Formats team, you will be responsible for the coordination of data to support the range growth ambition of the business. With the support of the team, you will work with stakeholders to coordinate product launches, ensuring that they are delivered within agreed timeframes, with the right level of data and vendor support.

Responsibilities
1. Managing end-to-end processes for the launch of new products, from initial vendor discussion through to product set up and data.
2. At the direction of Range Project Manager, working on continuous improvement and ad-hoc projects to change/improve the ways in which we can fast track setup to support our ambitious range expansion programme.
3. Build and foster strong working relationships primarily across Commercial, QA and Supply Chain
4. Accurately inputting data into our systems and/or checking data that others have inputted.
5. Set up products in the correct location in the hierarchy working with the Data Team
6. Check data for any inconsistences all relevant fields have been / are filled in correctly
7. Ensures consistency of approach in the construction and development of product selling data for the web.
8. Liaise with internal departments to identify and resolve problems that arise from setting up data at speed.
9. Support other team members in dealing with escalated issues and problems.
10. Recommend process improvements to improve speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
11. Experience of working within a fast-paced and deadline driven environment, ideally within a co-ordination role
12. Ability to work and manage multiple workstreams as well as various deadlines and stakeholders
13. Methodical and well organised approach - strong skills in planning, organising and self-managing workload
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to successfully manage many internal and external relationships
15. Able to be accurate, with attention to detail
16. Confident and competent in MS Office applications (., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and open to learning in-house systems and applications.
