Role Description:
This full-time role, with one work-from-home day per week, involves developing engaging social media content, managing social media campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. The successful candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and drive social media growth. Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality, visually stunning content (photos, videos, graphics) using an iPhone, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics, values, and guidelines.
* Write compelling captions, posts, and stories that resonate with audiences and drive engagement.
* Edit content using Premier Pro to produce the final cut of the content.
* Organise and manage social media contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities to boost engagement and reach.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
* Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive content creation plan to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to keep the strategy relevant and competitive.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years agency experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Premier Pro, Adobe tools, Social Media Scheduling Tools, and basic camera equipment operation.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Ability to confidently manage clients and work at a fast pace.
* Deep understanding of social media marketing, trends, and what it takes for content to go viral.
* Demonstrable examples of successful social media content creation and the stats achieved.
