Below is an overview of the things you will take responsibility for:
1. Being the first point of contact for all HR queries into the office
2. Updating and maintaining the HR system, and producing reports
3. Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process
4. Minute taking during HR meetings and sending out letters following the meetings
5. Facilitating the probationary review process
6. Managing absence notifications
7. Co-ordinating the leaver process
8. Supporting the team with a variety of HR projects
