Exciting opportunities await as we seek a motivated and engaging individual to join our Regional Development Team. This role involves delivering two large weekly evening discos in Middlesbrough and Stockton, coordinating a small team and ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, you will support setting up a new disco in Darlington and seek opportunities to expand these events through partnerships.
Candidates will also develop, plan and deliver social activities across the region, particularly focusing on County Durham, South Tyneside, North Tyneside, Gateshead and Newcastle. You'll work closely with our Regional Development Team and contribute to wider regional initiatives.
A successful candidate will excel in planning and delivering events, effective communication and networking, maintaining records and coordinating resources. Organisation, hard work, flexibility and enthusiasm for creating meaningful opportunities are essential.
Relevant experience is valued, but not essential if you demonstrate a genuine interest in the social care sector and a proactive, independent and flexible work approach. Continuous professional development will be provided to meet the organisation's goals and needs.
Extensive travel between our Stockton Regional Office and Gateshead Area Office is required, covering the North East region. A clean, valid driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary.
